With a professional background spanning government, not-for-profit, and union sectors, she brings with her a depth of knowledge that few can match.

Before joining PRSNT, Tessa held key roles with respected organisations including the CPSU (Community and Public Sector Union), the Australian Red Cross, and most notably, a 12-year tenure at the Northern Territory Police Association (NTPA). These roles embedded in her a deep understanding of HR protocols, industrial relations, and the critical importance of compliance and integrity in business practices. Simply put, Tessa knows how to get it right behind the scenes — and why that matters before offering advice to anyone else.

Since joining PRSNT, she has hit the ground running. From implementing robust internal systems to creating polished, branded document templates, Tessa’s work has helped sharpen PRSNT’s identity and streamline its delivery. Her unique blend of administration know-how and artistic design has ensured that every document PRSNT produces not only meets high standards but looks the part — reinforcing the professional image clients trust.

Now working part-time with PRSNT while undertaking a demanding new role at Power and Water Corporation, Tessa remains a valued member of the team. She continues to manage accounts, uphold governance standards, and contribute to the operational excellence that underpins PRSNT’s growth.
